Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great stay for golf vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very nice and matched the description/pictures on the listing. Views are fantastic and only a short walk down to the shops or ocean walkway. The property manager was very responsive. There was an issue with the shower and they came to fix is ASAP the next morning. Would highly recommend for family (or golf) vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen and the beach toys! The layout of the patio was a bit difficult for our group but everything else worked smoothly. It was nice to have hoses to rinse our car nearby the unit.

Family time success

The unit was fabulous and the location is great. So easy to get everywhere. The grounds and views are all beautiful and relaxing. Many of our families stayed in the complex so it was fun being close together. Mahalo
