This rustic country cabin is 2 miles from the Frio River at the popular "Mager's Crossing" low water crossing/public access point, and 4 miles from one of the most popular parks in Texas, Garner State Park! Sitting on 3 acres, this 5 bedroom cabin is like having a gated park all to yourself. Everything you need for creating cherished memories with loved ones is right here.

This area is known for amazing nature and wilderness experiences, from floating the gorgeous Frio River, hiking Old Baldy at Garner State park, learning more about nature through the guided nature tours at Hill Country Adventures, quietly watching some of the most beautiful and rare birds in Texas from your own front yard, or standing in awe as millions of bats fly over your head at the Frio Bat Flight. The Texas Hill Country River Region will not disappoint.

Your children will have a blast running, swinging, and playing on the seesaw.

The property includes two BBQ Pits, horseshoes, fire pit, a porch and patio, and picnic tables.

The beauty in this area is the undeveloped, rural charm. Unfortunately that rural charm, bings with it all other aspects of country life.

Cell service is not ideal, only AT&T cell service works out here (and it runs slow during peak season).

Be sure to bring any groceries that you might need. It is conveniently located near a family-owned mom and pop shop. There are a few grocery stores in the area: The Concan General store, Leakey Mercantile, and Happy Hollow.
