Maintenance performed on the pool deck, gazebo and fishing area beginning in August until September 2023, weather permitting. Temporary fence installed along the edge for the pool and spa to still be utilized by guest but only access through main pool gate with code provided at check in. Prices have already been adjusted and no discounts will be applied.

Third floor condo is fully furnished and ideal for a family of 6 looking to spend time on the water and fish off the docks. If you like the third floor, you will love the balcony that over looks the water. Grab your favorite beverage and relax in one of the comfy seats. After you get back from taking your boat out, grab a lounge chair at the pool and reminisce about the day while the kids play in the sparking pool. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
