About this property

Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom apartment with romantic sea view from it's balcony. Property is located 450 meters from the Diocletian palace, 80 meters from the sea and 800 meters from the beach.

Building, where apartment is situated, was build between 16th and 17th century. Upper parts are built in 1840. Inside courtyard one can see remains of the chapel of St. Peter and Paul (property has of a cultural asset and partial protection of historical structures).

We did photo shoot in February; that day was even snowing which is something really odd for town like Split, so the exterior photos you see doesn't do the justice. In April or May, when blossom and green will be the main things in the air, we will re upload exterior photos. Until then, we hope this will work. Thank you for understanding.

Great place to stay in Split

Wonderful flat in Split. Really enjoyed the balcony and the location. It was spacious and very clean. Nice host too!

BEST Stay in Split!!!

This is the most beautiful apartment in Split :) we were so lucky to find it and it exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect. It is close to everything (beaches, Diocletian's palace, shops, restaurants) while being quiet at night! The check-in was great and the host messaged us while we were there to ensure everything was great. The apartment was incredible, so clean, and the balcony was our favorite place to enjoy our coffee and watch the boats come in. The bedrooms were spacious and loved the kitchen. I couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough! It made our trip perfect :) Cannot wait to stay here again!
