Utilize the St. Charles Trolly providing rides daily and Uber/Lyft available should you find yourself ready to just get there.

With the home being a single level Ranch with a basement, it provides easy access to those with limitations. The completely fenced in backyard make it great for those with pets and the board games, backyard games, toys, books, Pack-n-Play, stroller, high chair and more make traveling with kids and toddlers a breeze.

Every Bedroom, Living Room and Family are quipped with a FireStick or Roku  Smart TV with streaming apps available for you to use or create your own login such as NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Network TV, Vudu, Dish, At&t and much more.

MASTER BEDROOM - The Master includes a brand new King size bed equipped with the most comfortable beds we receive so many compliments. End table, Lamp, alarm clock with 2 charging ports for easy charging. Dresser also used as the TV stand, brand new ceiling fan, sliding closet with hangers. Private vintage Bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. Assistance handles in front of toilet and in shower.

BEDROOM #2 - Bedroom #2 is located next to the Master Bedroom and includes the same comfortable queen bed set, beautiful large wooden dresser, end table with Lamp, Alarm Clock with 2 charging ports, Smart TV, new ceiling fan and sliding closet with hangers. Also included is a pack n play should you need it.

BEDROOM #3 - Bedroom #3 is located next 2 bedroom #2 and includes the same comfortable queen bed set, alarm clock with 2 charging ports, smart TV and closet.

FENCED IN BACKYARD/COVERED PATIO - This is the perfect backyard for a day or evening gathering. Patio seating, propane BBQ Pit and propane Fire Pit. Backyard games include the game of backyard yahtzee, Kan Jam, washers and Bags. The backyard is fenced-in with a gate that opens up to the front yard. Great for pets to run around and use the restroom (please clean up after your pets).

LIVING ROOM - Located when walking in the front door and connected to the kitchen, is furnished with a brand new couch that turns into a Sofa Bed that can be used as an additional sleeping area or bedroom. There is also a mattress topper to ensure a comfortable sleep. An oversized recliner is great for relaxing. This room has a beautiful large window that opens up to the front large and equipped with curtains for privacy. Across the room sits the Smart TV on a TV stand. (An additional queen air mattress is available for large groups. Please ask in advance.)

KITCHEN/DINING AREA - The kitchen is fully stocked with almost anything you will need for cooking any meal. This also includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils, children dishware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, pizza tray, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, can opener, wine opener, dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, dawn soap, cups, glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, coffee, creamer and much more. Please contact us with any special requests. Large kitchen nook sits in the corner for sit down dining and a large bay window that opens up to the backyard.

FAMILY ROOM - Located right off the kitchen, accessed from the garage, sliding glass door that opens up to the backyard and also the stairs to the basement. The Family room is perfect to enjoy some company or relax after a long day. Furnished with the same sofa bed couch and oversized recliner as the living room, 2 end tables, coffee table, lamps, new ceiling fan and Smart TV on a TV stand. 

BASEMENT - Freshly painted with new carpet. The long reading nook with be carpeted for seating with 2 long couches that creates a horse shape of seating with the long nook. Up in the ceiling will be a projector that projects on a screen on the wall to create a nice movie area. In the back part of the basement there is a TV with 3 gaming consoles surrounded by 4 bean bag chairs for those looking to relax and play some games. When you 1st walk down the stairs that will be an open area for kids to play, yoga and are able to fill 3 queen air mattress should they be required. Off the basement area is the laundry room with washer and dryer.

ACCESSIBLE - Enter the home up a small lip with sufficient lighting to enter the home. Very convenient for those with mobility issues. There are stairs to the basement but most can stay without needing to go downstairs.

Located on the banks of the Missouri River, the Streets of St. Charles includes some of the greatest antique shops, Knick knack shops, events year round, Casino Gambling at Ameristar Casino and Hollywood Casino, close to the St. Charles Convention Center and much more. With many restaurants and events within walking distance, you may also jump on the St. Charles Trolley that runs most of the day, a very short Uber ride, rent a bike and ride on the famous Katie Trail; with so much going on, be ready to enjoy yourself.  Whether you are an early bird or night owl, downtown St. Charles is the place to visit. If you enjoy shopping and amazing meals, wake up early with enough to keep you busy until night. If you are in the mood to have a few laughs and dance, don’t miss out on the night life. Short drive to anywhere in St. Charles County and 20 minute drive to Chesterfield, Maryland Heights, Lake St. Louis, St. Peter’s/O’Fallon, Wentzville, Crete Couer, Florissant, etc.

LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and Dryer located in the Master Bedroom. We will provide enough detergent and dryer sheets for your first several loads.

BEDDING - To ensure that you will have a memorable night sleep, our homes are equipped with some of the highest valued and extremely comfortable mattresses, sheets, pillows and blankets.

STRESS FREE STAY - Should you forget something.... The entire house is stocked from the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, etc.
