This retreat has been completely renovated! It features beautiful porcelain tile throughout, extending outside to both the front and back lanais. The bedroom has a pillow-top bed, solid mahogany furniture, a 39-inch TV, a quiet mini-split air conditioner, a ceiling fan, and black-out drapes. The main en suite bathroom has a large walk-in tile and glass shower and dual sink vanity. An enclosed lanai off the bedroom with a table and chairs is the perfect spot for relaxing over lunch or drinks. The living area features a comfortable queen sofa bed and two lounge chairs, a 55-inch TV, an air conditioner, and a ceiling fan. It opens onto a large tiled lanai outfitted with a wicker table and chairs, and lounge chair. Turn this lanai into a beautiful outdoor room by effortlessly opening and closing an electric-powered awning. The awning remote is available upon request.
The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and Silestone countertops. The second bathroom adjacent to the kitchen has a walk-in tile and glass shower.
