Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very comfortable. Balcony has plenty of seating and great views. Nice big living area and I would definitely recommend this unit. Just a few questions as there’s no way to turn ceiling fans on by a electrical switch. Other thing is the 230.00 cleaning fee should include cleaning carpets. Master bedroom definitely needed it on our arrival. Washer was replaced with a new one as it was leaking and it was promptly taken care of. Only big complaint had to do nothing with the unit,we loved it, but Roku. If you don’t know anything about it, it will irritate you a lot that’s why we’re staying at Seabreeze next year because they have direct t.v. That’s how bad we disliked it. But for the unit it was so nice and you won’t be disappointed in it 4 stars because of Roku.
