**NEW RENOVATION WORK COMPLETED! The unit has brand new floor to ceiling sliders so you get a GORGEOUS ocean view. The unit has had a complete paint job and looks wonderful! We have new windows in every room. We've also upgraded our furniture and TVs to smart TVs. The entire building also got a fresh paint job and is looking amazing!
-Outdoor community pool behind the condo on the north side (faces road/parking lot)
-Rare 3 bedroom, 3 FULL bathroom condo
-1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Bunk (twin over full), and 1 sofa bed
-Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. Dining table for 4.
-TVs with cable in living area and each bedroom
-Washing machine in unit. There is also a coin operated laundry on the ground floor that also accepts credit cards. (Dryer in unit is not available)
-WiFi
-The building does have an elevator. This is considered an amenity.

This property has a MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE. If you bring more humans (children included) than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund
2 Vehicle Maximum - you will need to purchase a car pass for each vehicle
*Amenities (pool, elevator, TVs, satellite, etc.) are not guaranteed and may be unavailable during a particular stay as a result of events outside of my control. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made in the event that an amenity is down during your stay.
All guests must be 25 years of age or older to stay on this property (children are allowed when accompanied by their parents/guardians)
Security Deposit: Guest shall deposit a security deposit per the terms of booking platform for any damages to the property. Said security deposit shall be returned to Guest after departure, less any deductions for damages. In addition, should said damages exceed coverage, Guest hereby assumes all liability for reimbursement to Owner for any damages caused by Guest and their party. Note: You will be personally responsible for direct damages and also for any loss of rental income and for any other extenuating damages that result from your stay (ex. travel expenses or guests coming after you in the event they need to make alternate travel arrangements until repairs are complete).
If any mattresses have been wet, you will lose the full damage deposit.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED!! You will lose your security deposit and you will pay for additional charges for cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found in the house or on the balconies/premises. No smoking on the front or back balconies or anywhere inside the condo. You must go to the ground floor or parking lot area and find an ash tray/cigarette urn to smoke and dispose of cigarettes. This is an HOA rule for this building and is STRICTLY enforced.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! This is an HOA rule for this building and is STRICTLY enforced. Cancellation of reservation without refund will be enforced. Guests will be evicted immediately. No exceptions!
Please bring your own beach towels. Bath and kitchen towels and sheets will be provided for you.
A starter set of soap, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided upon arrival. Extra items that are needed are the responsibility of the guest.
Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
No check-ins before 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Your access door code will work for your dates only.
The Guest understands and agrees that the Owner and/or Owner’s Agent of this unit are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Guest specifically indemnifies and holds the Owner and Owner’s Agent harmless from any liability. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. If all guests on this reservation do not personally sign this waiver of liability, then the primary renter accepts liability for all guests and hereby waives any Owner or Owner Agent liability on their behalf.
You acknowledge and agree that use of WiFi/Internet services at the rental property (“Services”) is for personal use and agree not to use the Services in a manner prohibited by any federal or state law or regulation. Transmission or download of any material in violation of federal or state law or regulation, including, but not limited to any copyrighted material, is prohibited. We assume no responsibility for and exercise no control over the content contained on the Internet or is otherwise available through the Services. All content accessed or received by you (or an invitee of yours) is used at your own risk. In the event that we receive a copyright infringement notice from a copyright holder and/or an Internet service provider, which includes a date and time of the alleged infringement that occurred during your stay, we may reveal your identity (name, address and telephone number) to the copyright holder and/or Internet service provider and you will be responsible for any associated fines.
Guests must notify the owner of any maintenance problems immediately that would affect the safety and security of any person renting and staying in this unit.
Clean any spills immediately and do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil/tanner on.
Please do not flush sanitary products down the toilets.
EXCHANGE OF MONEY AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.
