About this property

rendy downtown loft with tons of natural light overlooks the Downtown skyline and Mass Ave food and bar distract. This amazing place is within walking distant to everything one would need. Shopping, food and fun. Also at the foot of the Monon Trail.

This is a studio as noted in the pictures, we do allow up to 4 guests but please bring an air mattress as we do not want guests sleeping on the couch. Thanks!

Its a must stay!

The room was very spacious. The full kitchen super convenient, as well as the location in town. Our host replied quickly and communicated clearly. I will definitely be using this again next time i come to indy!!

comfortable and good location

the apartment was exactly as described. clean and organized. close to a variety of restaurants. great location if you have a bike. bed was very comfortable. the only real issue was the city had fort wayne avenue blocked off from several adjoining streets for some reason (never saw any work going on) so the uber drivers had a difficult time figuring out how to get to the address. hopefully that nonsense will be over soon. enjoyed St. Elmo's and toured the Indiana Medical History Museum (on the grounds of what once was Central State Hospital). so if your a history person and in the medical field, it's a very interesting place. would have no problem staying at this location again in the future.

High Quality and Clean

I pretty only stayed in the property to sleep since I was spending time at a convention, but I could have spent way more time there. The apartment is kept up very well and is tidy and clean

Great Little Spot

The space is open and very clean. There was plenty of room for the two of us that stayed. Everything was very clean and comfortable. So happy with our stay and would absolutely love the chance to stay again when in the area.
