This is a “boutique downtown location” & it is perfect for 2 people! 1 Queen bed 1 full bathroom.

◾️FREE ALL WEEKEND!!!! During the weekdays it is free from 6pm until 8 am the next morning anywhere you park.

This is “city parking” but no one seems to have issues with it. Read the reviews :)

Cleanliness is a high priority for this space. Always a thorough cleaning between guests to sanitize everything from tv remote controls to light switches.

PET INFORMATION
***If you bring your pet they are not allowed to sleep in the bed or couch. Please bring a pet bed or blanket with you. If your pet has an accident there will be additional charges to fix the problem aside from the pet fee. Also, please bring their water & food bowls. (Do not use the kitchen bowls) Since so many guests like to travel with their pets. There is a flat rate of $100.00 for the first pet. Additional pets are $50.00. All pets shed... just like people..so there is so much extra cleaning involved.

If you are needing a place to just sleep before a late night flight, this is still considered a reservation.
If you are needing the space for a photo shoot or film for a short time, this is also considered a reservation.
