Best rental in Laquinta

Property was amazing, it is a playground with bikes, ping pong, corn hole and pool table and we used it all. Kitchen has all you need for meals, tile floors are easy to keep clean and pool and hot tub were great. Best of all Warren and Cami are a delight to work with and WE WILL BE BACK

Oasis in the Desert

This is the ideal property for anyone looking to spend a few days or even months in the La Quinta area. It is near Coachella, excellent golf courses and downtown La Quinta. The house is well-appointed including nice bath amenities making it fully move-in ready. The backyard, pool and spa areas are as nice as any 5 star hotel. The neighborhood offers 24/7 security, a tranquil setting and a great place for morning and evening walks. But the best part of staying at Casa La Quinta is knowing the host, Cami, is always available and capable of handling any problems that may arrive-although I doubt any will. She's nothing short of exceptional in all regards.

We will not rent this house again. Our interactions with the manager and owner were disturbing.

The dishonest and uncaring personalities of the manager and owner were disturbing. Especially their unsafe covid practices. Our stay was for two months, and we wholeheartedly recommend visiting the Coachella Valley, though. Some reasons we can not recommend renting this house: -My son was very sick on the departure day, and was self-isolating until he received his covid test results. The manager still required our departure that day. We relocated to a hotel while he was sick, so he unnecessarily came in contact with many other people. His covid test turned out to be positive -The manager said the cleaning crew would be coming on the departure day, which would unnecessarily expose them to the virus -The monthly rental was significantly higher than marketed -Access to our mail in their locked mailbox box was denied, and our stay was for two months over the holidays -They made a $450 damage claim for dog fur, and submitted photos they took from before the housekeeping crew cleaned using our prepaid $400 cleaning deposit. In addition to the cleaning deposit, I had already paid professional cleaners four days before departing, to ensure the cleaning time would not exceed the deposit amount I hope you have a wonderful stay in the Coachella Valley. Joshua Tree National Park is breathtaking.
