It is 0.8 miles to the Southmoor light rail station, just over a mile to the DTC (Denver Tech Center). Walk to restaurants, five nearby parks (Southmoor, Eastmoor, Rosamond, Hutchinson and Bible), four malls (Tiffany Plaza, Tamarac Square and two strip malls), three movie complexes, 24-Hr Fitness, and more. It is a short drive to Cherry Creek Reservoir, a Denver Library, and Walmart.
