This unit on the 2nd floor is directly overlooking the incredibly pristine white beaches and sparkling emerald waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo has a 1 bedroom with King bed, full bathroom and full kitchen! Sliding glass doors in living room lead you to your oceanfront (35x6) balcony with an additional wrap around balcony (12x4).The desirable westerly open view from the 300 square foot wrap-around balcony allows you to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Coastal Waters offers fun amenities such as a year around heated pool, BBQ area and direct beach access.

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.

Wanted to Love this place

Beautiful location with beautiful views, but it stops there. Information regarding the condo is incorrect, says it sleeps 4 with a king bed and a pull out sofa, there is no pull out sofa. Parking first come, first served and no parking passes are ever checked so no parking is available. Property manager just tells you to park across the street. Bathroom had no toilet paper holder, it was broken, so TP sat on the floor or the vanity. Towel holder was also broken. One smoke detector was missing and the other was hanging low off the ceiling with loose wires hanging out. Handle on the patio door was broken off and just attached with a stripped screw, so it fell right off. That means there is no way to lock and secure the unit, it also makes it difficult to access the balcony patio. I do have pictures to support my complaints, if you would like them.

Didn’t get to go, canceled last second and lied multiple times

Had vacation planned but owner of condo canceled after confirmed reservation. First lied and said it wasn’t confirmed until I provided email showing otherwise. Then lied and said it was a two day rental which he had just updated but I couldn’t have rented and paid if that was true. Then said he wanted it open in case him and his wife wanted it. Don’t rent from them, unethical and disrespectful to renters.

Perfect Location

This place is in a perfect location with great beach access. Its only a 5 minute drive to Flagler Ave where there are lots of stores and places to eat. The balcony was nice to have and we used it everyday! Parking here can be a bit difficult as another unit had large parties nightly and their guests took up all the spots including on the side. I managed to move my car when I was on the balcony and saw someone leave. You can tell the building is on the older side but the room is beautifully renovated inside.

Lovely Spring Break

Nothing beats the morning sunrise and ocean view from the deck of room 215! For the second year, we enjoyed the close beach access and great location for a spring break week. The updates in the room were nice, including new chairs on the deck outside. Warm and sunny weather everyday made the stay perfect!
