About this property

2 Bedroom, 1 bath, across the street from the beach. Pool is outside the front door in the courtyard with BBQ grill and patio sets. A modernized boutique classic. Original to the 1960 design classic and cozy. A perfect retreat to escape the cold winter months or enjoy the abundant sunshine and residential beach throughout the year. Sit out on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Hang out at the beach. Go out to eat at one of the many local restaurants or fishing at the pier. Boundless beach fun awaits.

Many amenities are provided in unit with coffee maker, kitchen appliances and all the beach tools you need. About 25 minute drive south to Daytona and to the north a short way to the Flagler Beach Pier. With many restaurants within driving distance. Sorry there are no motorcycles or trailers allowed at the complex.

The beach in this area is not usually busy but more of a local and residential spot. You will find pelicans, sea turtle nesting and natural beach flora. And on very nice days the surf will create small channels along the beach that are perfect for small children. Fishing is also popular in this area as well as surfing, boogie boarding and beach combing.

Quiet, not busy location

My family and I had a great stay here. The condo is modest but functional. Good, comfortable beds. View/sound of the ocean from the patio. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit and the bathroom is quite small. The pool (pretty small) is literally right out the front door. We thought it was heated when we booked but it wasn't - not a huge deal but a small disappointment. The beach is about a 2-minute walk and is by far the least busy Florida beach we have been to in our 20 years of going on spring break. Each day we went, there were 4-5 other parties spread out within 200-300 yards from the beach access point. It's not the beautiful white sand that's found in other spots but it's still very nice. There's not much nearby in the way of restaurants. One local place is about a half mile north of the condo. Otherwise, you have to drive south a few miles to find more options. The owner provides many things that are a bonus... toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, beach chair, boogie board, beach umbrella.

Amazing stay!

The property was clean, quiet and in a great location. Ocean view from balcony, pool just out the door, laundry on site. Kitchen is fully stocked just needed to supply our own food and beverages. Beach towels and chairs for use. Great restaurants nearby. Host was very responsive. Super easy check in and even easier check out.

Very Nice Beachside Condo

Clean, well-equipped condo just across A1A from the beach. Ocean view off the balcony and beach accessories (chairs, towels, etc.) are provided. Full kitchen and TV service/wifi is excellent. Pay laundry (bring lots of quarters) in the building.
