Over priced and outdated

During check in the gentle men checking us in wasn’t friendly and didn’t fill us in on the resort information. Our villa was on the surface clean but there was dust and dirt along all the floor moldings. The front door lock was hold together by a decking screw because the door was cracked in the lock area. The master bathroom shower glass surround leaked water and soaked the room below is. The maintenance man came at 10:15 pm and assumed we over flowed the toilet. The next day I contacted the front desk telling them the issue with the shower. They sent another maintenance man and he caulked the glass track but that didn’t solve the issue. The metal track for the shower glass was rusted and needs to be replace to correct the leak issue. In order to use Big cedar amenities there was extra cost on top of our stay. The villa was missing dishes, the wood were buckling, carpets need replaced due to stains, and the beds all need to be replaced. They were all very uncomfortable. The property restaurants were over priced for the quality of food that was served.
