We currently have a nice roll away in the master and are adding a twin sofa sleeper for summer 2024 for more flexible sleeping arrangements. A dedicated laundry room is located on the lower level of the townhome, and there is also a stackable washer and dryer in the master walk-in closet. Downstairs, you'll find two daylight bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both of these bedrooms have large televisions, en-suite bathrooms, and access to individual, below-grade patio spaces outside.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is an epicurean's delight, featuring top-of-the-line Miele appliances, including a six-burner gas range. The oversized island with bar provides extra seating and plenty of counter space to prepare a five-star meal. The property also includes all necessary serving ware and cookware.
DINING & LIVING ROOM: The light-filled dining room is open to the kitchen and features a table that can seat eight. There is also an oversized island with four barstools, as well as a small table for two located outside on the deck.
