We chose this house over a hotel so we had a little more room and could cook our own meals for the three days we were at Mayo. The house was charming and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Appointment visits

The home was clean, comfortable and offered us the opportunity to relax as a family. It’s an older house that has the quirkiness one would expect with that age. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was a close and easy commute to Mayo facilities which is why we were there. Would stay again in the future.

Great location for Mayo patients!

We live in Dallas and usually book a condo or house to stay in when I have my Mayo appts (about 3-4 times a year). We like to try new places, but always look for one that is close to the hospital. This house is SO cozy and is exactly as portrayed in the pics and listing! This is the first one we booked that had a garage and this was important since it's winter and snow is usually present! Check-in and out was super easy with the door code, and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans, even a pizza pan for the oven! There were also several spices in the cabinets and plenty of towels in the bathroom so if you shower often, you're not using a damp towel! There are three bedrooms upstairs, we only used the master, but the bed was comfy, and despite the freezing temps outside, the furnace worked perfectly, so we were super comfortable in the house! Lastly, Denise was awesome at responding when we had a couple of questions, and she is really sweet too! When her plow/shovel guys didn't show up until late the morning after we got about 8" of snow, I texted her asking about a shovel (as my husband was going to make a path to the garage). She wrote back right away apologizing and then she was on it immediately so when we came back home from my appts that day, it was to a beautifully scraped driveway/walkway to the door! Definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Rochester...the neighborhood was very quiet, and especially for Mayo patients as it is so close!

Great holiday stay

This cozy little house was perfect for our visit to Rochester. The kitchen is well appointed and we were able to cook Christmas dinner. The house is well located. There are walking/running paths close by, and it was a short drive to other hiking areas.
