About this property

Welcome to Sebago Lake! This beautiful custom built home has it all! You are sure to be impressed from the moment you walk through the door with a separate laundry room and a garage bay for any activity on the lower level! On the main level you will find an open kitchen/dining and living room that captures the beautiful views of Sebago Lake. You will also find a primary ensuite with views of the lake and an amazing en-suite bathroom with a custom tile shower. Upstairs at the top of the stairs there is a landing with a fold out couch and a desk. As well as two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The ROW across the street has a dock for daily use and there are 2 kayaks at the house that can be launched at the rock beach (only during summer months).

Located in Jordan Bay of Sebago Lake this location is ideal! Just minutes to North Windham amenities, and 20 minutes to the Naples Causeway. Only 35 minutes to the Portland Airport and 40 minutes to downtown Portland.

Please note this is a tight nit community, no parties or gatherings are allowed here. There are no more than 4 cars allowed to park in this driveway. Any infringement on house rules, association policies, noise violations, or parking violations will result in immediate removal from the property.
