About this property

This newly renovated condo is just steps from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve. Our unit has 2 separate rooms for sleeping each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a full bath with a newly renovated shower and a large closet. The second room is an office/bedroom with a pullout twin size Murphy bed and a half bath. We have also added a queen pull-out sofa bed and a queen blow up mattress to sleep a 4th person in the living room area if necessary. comforter, sheets, pillows and blankets are also provided for all beds.

Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last minute essentials. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. Sunburst Condo Association has bay access with a dock that has “first come first serve” boat slips just across the street where you can enjoy the sunrise, kayak through the aquatic reserve or just want to take a swim in the pool. You can walk to the beach side and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico by day and it’s amazing sunsets at dusk. There is also a common area if you choose eat or grill outside on both the beach and bay sides of the property.

Manasota Key has several beautiful public beaches to visit, especially Stump Pass Beach State Park which is located on the southern most tip of the island. It is a true gem! EXPLORE REMOTE WHITE SANDY BEACHES PERFECT FOR FISHING, SWIMMING AND BEACHCOMBING! Visitors can launch a kayak and paddle around the two islands just east of the park's land base. While at the park, visitors might see West Indian manatees, gopher tortoises, snowy egrets, least terns and magnificent frigate birds. Ranger-led nature hikes are available in the winter.

Our vacation at Sunburst

We had a great month at this condo in Sunburst complex. Very clean and comfortable and everyone staying there were so welcoming and friendly. The only thing that we would prefer is the ability to sleep two in the extra bedroom should we have company for a few days.The location is wonderful!!

Great Place, Great Location

The condo was exactly as listed/expected. Very clean, nice decor, comfortable bed. We had everything we needed. Communications with the owner were very good and kind. She gave us recommendations on things to do and restaurants which was appreciated. We loved the location - close enough to walk to multiple restaurants. Beach chairs and a beach bag were available for our use. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Beautiful stay

The condo is decorated beautifully and there was a great room for me to put on my makeup. Since it was 2 of us we each had our own bathroom. The shower stall is beautiful and very relaxing. The customer service was amazing, fully stocked kitchen and you can see the beach from your window! It was an amazing time and we will definitely be back. Thanks to the owner who is amazing and responsive.

July memories

We took my mom back to see the area we spent every summer at for 25 years when I was growing up. We have not been there in 38 years. The condo and beach were fantastic. It was perfectly decorated and very very clean not to mention the fact that it had everything we needed and more. The hospitality was 5 star!! Thanks for giving our family the perfect remembrance ! We highly recommend staying here.
