About this property

Casa de Millio is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Fajardo dedicated to my Father and his heritage and culture. Condo is decorated with beautiful canvases and pictures from all over the island taken by him. 5 min walk to marinas and 5 min drive to 7seas beach and bio-bay excursions. Close to ferry transport to Culebra and Vieques. 20 min drive to El Yunque National rainforest. Property has swimming pool, Jaccuzzi, tennis and basketball courts. There is a Washer/Dryer. Long term rentals welcome and will offer discounts

Bucket List Trip

Very nice place! Stayed for 7 days with my friend and their kids. Rental was clean and as described. Location was right on the marina, not ideal for swimming. Overall, it was as described and a quick drive to beaches and dining. Be aware the power and water go out occasionally. That happened twice while we were there. It wasn’t for very long, but we had to use our phones for light as there were no backup lanterns or candles in the unit. The complex does have a backup generator, it takes a while to turn on. Previously mentioned dryer issues still persist. We dryed our clothes outside in front of the main AC and it worked faster than the dryer. We would not recommend dining at El Cayo or Rest. Pasion. The smell from the marina is very strong. Sal and Pimienta was amazing. Be careful when ordering, some of the portions were enough for 2 people. Overall, was a clean, safe, comfortable stay. You will need a car to get around. There isn’t much close by that is walking distance. Steve was readily available for all questions and concerns. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Playa Azul is amazing beach with waves. El Yunque was absolutely breathtaking. We drove to Poncé one day and the views of the mountains rival Hawaii. If you plan to visit San Juan, go early. Parking is scarce. We loved the island and will be back for more 😁

Immaculate property

The condo is just as described. Its in a gated community easy to find.Perfect location close to everything we wanted to do. Steve, owner/host, was wonderful and great communication with him. Place was comfortable for family of 6. Host provided everything that we needed. If I had anything to complain it was dryer that takes a little long to dry clothes, 4-5 clothing items and I had to keep drying for another cycle. Besides that I'd definitely stay at this property again.

Good for budget

This should be a 4 star rating. The host was great, the place was as described, and it met our needs. It did show some wear and tear, but that’s typical of a rental. Unfortunately, there is a small yappy dog that lives downstairs and spends a lot of time on the outside patio. It had us up multiple nights, sometimes barking on and off for over an hour. My husband went downstairs after midnight to ask them to take it inside and the owner yelled something snippy to him in Spanish. They wouldn’t even answer the front door- he had to bang on the sliding glass in the front. The host is aware of it and has made calls to management; however; it doesn’t appear that the property association does anything about it. Again, I feel terrible giving a 2 star review of this place but I would want to know as a potential customer.
