On the way to Atlanta, I still had not heard from the property owner after multiple attempts to get in contact with him. A few hours away from the check in time, he finally calls me and tells me that he cancelled it. No apology, nothing. He also refused to give me a full refund, stating that VRBO was responsible for part of it. 2 months later, I’m still trying to get all of my money back. Even VRBO is having a hard time getting in contact with him. Definitely don’t recommend this property manager.
