LEATHERBARK #107A - 3 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATH - BEDDING: Primary Ensuite #1 King, Primary Ensuite #2 2 Queen Beds, BR #3 Pyramid Bunk. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all of the extras. Overstuffed mattresses adorn each bed. AC window units. This is a ground floor condo that makes it cooler in the Summer, offering a large deck with a private gas grill and access to the backyard. Located on the basin side of the mountain and across from Wild Cat Groceries (a small convenience store). A short 5-minute walk to the main Village area and Ballhooter Lift and trail system. Remodel of bedrooms and bathrooms summer of 2023 and new washer and dryer added also.

Amenities: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Parking on Site, and Bike Friendly lodging. NO AIR CONDITIONING

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ All last-minute reservations or those booked by West Virginia residents are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Excellent

Our family of 7 had a great time staying here! We were super impressed because when we reserved, it didn’t have the updated remodel pics on the site yet. The place was very tastefully done and we were super comfortable with everything. Kitchen was plenty stocked, lots of seating for everyone, comfy beds and linens. Easy walk to the slopes for the snowboarders in our crew, a little more with for the skiers, but the shuttle is always an option. We’d definitely stay again!

The property was as expected and perfect for our stay. It was on the shuttle route and a short walk to the Village. We would love to stay here again

Older but very comfortable

Leatherbark is one of the older properties at Snowshoe. But our condo was very clean and the 3 bedrooms were comfortable for our group of 6.

Snowshoe vrbo

The condo felt spacious. The seating comfortable for dining and relaxing. It actually was nicer than I expected. It’s not exactly ski in ski out but it’s only about 3 tenths of a mile from the closest lift. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked, lacking for nothing. The dishes, flatwear, pans, knives, crockpot, coffee maker etc etc all spotlessly clean and more than adequate. Plenty of linens. Large TVs all working. I have no complaints.

SIMPLE BUT GREAT

The unit is well equipped with everything we needed. The location is fantastic just a few steps away from downtown. The entryway needs to be updated but since we had the bottom floor, we used the porch to exit and rarely used the entryway. Plenty of room and beds and it even had window air-conditioning units for the few days it got a little warmer.
