Welcome to Davis Islands! Our guest suite is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families. *PLEASE NOTE: this is a private suite attached to an occupied home. This listing is NOT for the entire home.*

LOCATION: Davis Islands, nestled right off of downtown Tampa, is just a short walk from the surrounding bay and the Davis Islands Village which includes a variety of restaurants and bars. The studio is right down the street from Tampa General Hospital, and a little over a mile from Amalie Arena, the convention center, and The Florida Aquarium. Tampa International Airport and Raymond James stadium is about 15 minutes away. Our beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood is safe and quiet—perfect for walks/bike rides with bikes for rent and a trail right down the street.

AMENITIES: Cable/internet, a kitchenette (half-kitchen includes fridge & stovetop; does not include freezer or oven), coffee & tea, A/C, & a washer/dryer unit. We provide fresh towels, linens, & some essential toiletries. People of all backgrounds are welcome!

Owners were communicative and available if we needed anything. Bathroom mats were slippery and are a fall hazard, bathroom sink drained slow and backed up at one point, then drained. Touch ups needed on dusting of baseboards, top of bed headboard and sweeping behind futon. The bedroom door was awkward...suggest a pocket door. Other than that our stay was pleasurable, peaceful and relaxing...it was a pleasure.

Excellent place! Beautiful location!

This was great for a weekend stay! The neighborhood was so beautiful, and a quaint little town with great places to eat. Loved my morning walks! Very family oriented. 5 minutes from Downtown Tampa! Very convenient and clean, with all the conveniences. A couple of negatives: Does not have a full size refrigerator, so it wouldn't work for me for more than a weekend. The living furniture is VERY uncomfortable. No TV in the bedroom for those that like to watch. Only one bathroom.

This property is located in the heart of Tampa, a quiet neighborhood tucked away next to Downtown. Our family-friendly neighborhood is very safe and close to some of the best restaurants and nightlife in South Tampa. The suite is just a couple blocks away from the scenic views of the surrounding bay, and a short walk from the Davis Islands Village, which has a variety of restaurants to choose from along with the best coffee shop in Tampa. We're about 15 minutes from the airport and Raymond James Stadium, about 1.5 miles from The Amalie Arena, the Florida Aquarium, and Ybor City, about 2 minutes from Tampa General Hospital, and about 10 minutes from the must-see Hyde Park Village.

Our property's close proximity to the best parts of Tampa along with our great value compared to similar local listings are some of the reasons why this listing is unique. We don't outsource property management and cleaning (passing the savings onto you with lower cleaning fees)--it's all us! Therefore, we're not far removed from the details and we're diligent in optimizing the room and listing to make sure you have the best stay.
