Phoenix VI HOA policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. A driver's license must be uploaded and a Vacation Rental agreement must from Signature Properties must be electronically signed for confirmation of booking.

We have someone on call 24/7 whether a light bulb has burned out or in the unfortunate event, an appliance goes out. You won't find a better rental company to stay with. Parking Passes will be purchased on site once you arrive. There is a max of 2 for this unit.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Great Stay

Girls Trip

The condo was perfect for a girls weekend getaway for 6. Great pool, and easy access to the beach via a boardwalk. Dining table fit us all, and the living room furniture was super comfortable for all 6 of us to lounge around on the cooler days. Property manager was very communicative. Had inconsiderate upstairs neighbors on our last night, literally moving furniture around into the early morning hours. But that is out of property manager’s control. Highly recommend this condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is very convenient to beach with a beautiful view. The condo was overall beautiful, but the cleanliness could have been better. The floors were dirty when we got there. My grandson had dirty feet within 5 min of walking barefoot on the floors. The bedding for the sofa smelled terrible. There was sand in the sheets of the master bedroom. The kitchen had splatter marks on the lower portion of the appliances. The kitchen appliances need updating. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The toys located In laundry room were a nice touch. Large TVs in every room. Beds were comfy.
