This home has inclusive access to the Resort Facilities at Championsgate and during 2023 an additional Waterpark within walking distance of this home was openened offering even greater fun for the family. In addition we offer free in resort shuttle service so you can travel without a vehicle and even enjoy an adult beverage without the worry of driving!

You could walk to the first tee from this home to of one of 3 outstanding golf courses in Champions Gate.

Just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World theme parks, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, even beaches are just an hour’s drive away. Luxuriously appointed, sumptuously furnished and exceptionally well situated Champions Gate ’ offers year-round first class resort amenities at The Oasis Club to give guests of this home, at no extra cost, and guests a vacation of a lifetime. There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness center. In addition to all this there’s also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats. This is exactly what the doctor ordered for those ‘in-between-parks-days’ when you just want to relax, unwind and take it nice ‘n’ easy.

A reminder - No resort fees with us. You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort pools and lazy river.

Linens included of course, as are towels. Starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1. This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer in a self-catering paradise.

Large Washer and Dryer available in the home for guest use.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.

**Additionally, the pool and spa in this home can be heated on request - this is recommended during winter, early spring, and during cooler weeks in Summer. Optional pool/spa heat is $35 per night plus tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but the minimum fee is 5 nights ($175) plus tax.
Where pool heat is booked within 24 of booking and at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.

We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing resort family home. Groups for parties or those largely consisting of those under 25s are not able to rent this home. Guests are required to confirm acceptance of the house rules / rental agreement and provide ID in the form of a Selfie prior to access being provided.

Great location, but needs a deep cleaning

Flew into Orlando sooner then excepted. Contacted property management and requested to check in earlier at noon instead of 4pm, was charged an extra night for 4 hours. House needs a deep cleaning, found garbage and and extra shirt in on of the bedrooms. Upstairs tv room tv stand had a ton of food dirt under it. Kitchen and downstairs floors were filthy. Pulled a huge climb of hair off the living room rug. Notified Shine Villa and they told me house was inspected and was cleaned. 🙄 They ended up sending someone out but only cleaned the downstairs. Property does not come with a broom or vaccumm. Had to go purchase a broom after I asked them what should be done if we have a spill etc and was ignored. Paid to have the pool heated and it didn’t get to temp until the 3rd day. Waste of money. Will not stay here again due to kitchen having the worst knives, not enough pans/pots. Some remotes didn’t work to the tvs, not additional batteries. Not enough towels for the number of guests also. Had to go to Walmart to buy additional towels as well. Also what kind of property doesn’t have a broom or vaccumm! Shine Villa told me it wasn’t advertised with one. What a joke.

The house lived up to the listing, regarding rooms etc. but, it could fit 24 people but the kitchen didn’t have stuff to cook for 24 people. The bbq we had to pay on top of the price didn’t work, set on fire. so we could not cook at all for 24 people. Not nice. It was very used, stuff didn’t work, and the AC couldn’t cool down the house. It was a sauna to live in. I’m not coming back.

Family vacation 2023

My family and I have been coming to Florida from Virginia on family vacation for 4 years now and we all agree that this has been the nicest house we always stay in champions gate we love the game room the kids stayed in the pool we was a party of 18 it was enough room for everyone we really love the space we will definitely be renting again next year thanks for the great stay

Marvel Mansion

Our stay was great. The host was available during our stay to answer any questions. The house was spacious, and big enough for our large group. The one thing I will note, the house is not located within walking distance to the club house. In addition, the club house was very strict not allowing any outside food or beverage. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue but service was slow and it would have been nice to be able to bring snacks for our toddlers since we were not able to walk back to our house due to the distance.

In fact, we live close by in Orange County. We are lucky to love what we do but then every day we get to enable travelers from all over the world to have brilliant vacations and we get to see smiles on people’s faces – and who wouldn’t love that! We fell in love with this part of the Orlando area many years ago. Now, as our family grows we are so pleased that we live in the most family-friendly place on earth. Sam and Leo, our little boys, love the parks and when we aren’t working you can often find us at Disney with our boys. Originally from Cambridge and London in the United Kingdom, we met in Moscow whilst traveling. Traveling is in our blood and this helps us understand our guests – after all you are the reason we do what we do.
