Quiet neighborhood that is close to everything and is brand new
construction. Neighborhood has lots of walking/biking trails and is close to hiking in Centennial Park and Mt. Kessler. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with all new matresses, all have walk-in closets and 2 full baths. The master bathroom has a shower and jetted tub. There 2 vanities in the master. New washer and dryer available. There is a gas grill on the back patio. The back yard is fenced. The property is less than 5 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. No pets please. Check in at 3:00pm check out 11:00am

Quiet neighborhood and very clean

Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when we are back in town. Quiet neighborhood.

Superb Rental!

This rental was perfectly clean. Nicely equipped with all the amenities! The location is excellent for visiting the Fayetteville, Ark area. Owner was very responsive and the whole experience was excellent. We plan to return here, again!

Deserves 100 stars

If I could rate this property with 100 Stars I would!! It was so clean that I thought we were the first people to ever stay there. It had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Very spacious and even had a furnished patio for extra space. Easy access for 3 cars and a garage! The host replied quickly and was way more than accommodating to adjust for our “iffy” checkout dates. Thank you thank you!!
