ABOUT THE HOME: Soleil in Rosemary Beach is in the heart of Main Street above La Crema. This 1 bedroom 2 bath condo with sleeper sofa offers fabulous views of the gulf and Western green. You will fall in love with all the large balconies this condo offers with views on the front and rear of unit. Feel the sun on your skin and breathe in the gulf air on one of the four balconies. You can relax with a book, sip your favorite beverage, or watch all the activity in the Town Square.

ABOUT THE AREA: There are four community pools strategically located in the four corners of the neighborhood. You can also enjoy the private deeded beach exclusively for Rosemary guests. • No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
