The great room features a spacious seating area, complete with multiple sofas, side chairs, and a flat-panel TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an array of cookware for guests to prepare a delicious meal. When it's time to eat, family and friends can gather at the formal dining table, kitchen island, or out onto the balcony for an al fresco dining experience while listening to the calming sounds of the Gulf waves.

The primary bedroom, located on the top floor, offers stunning beach views from its balcony and boasts a spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Four of the guest bedrooms have a fun tropical vibe, with three of them featuring ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Additionally, there is a room specifically designed for children, which includes two double beds and easy access to the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. On the third floor, you will find the laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer.
