You will find a lovely seating area with a large sectional and side chairs, as well as a mounted flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and utensils. In addition to the seating area at the island, there is a round family dining table, and by the staircase, you will find a wet bar with a drink fridge! You will also find the home's washer and dryer and a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower on this floor.

In the primary bedroom, you'll find a delightful seating area where you can watch TV and a private balcony with seating. The primary ensuite bathroom boasts a stunning double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second-floor King bedrooms share a balcony, each with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are perfect if you're traveling with kids. These bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom equipped with a shower and tub combination. There is an additional living area with a sofa, TV, and bar with fridge. The spiral staircase in the primary bedroom leads to the rooftop deck, where you can enjoy stunning island views.

5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas.
