A nightmare 😫

This is the worse experienced ever, and I guess this is my final use of vrbo.com. Check in to the most unhygienic room. I went on vacation but ended up the cleaner. Oh yes, the cleaner. The first night was a hell for my family 👪 and I wish I had taken 😒 them to sleep in a hotel 🏨 or better still sleep in outside on a floor or in the sand. The first night was used for cleaning the house and washing bedsheets and duvets. Previous customer has panties, pad, stained specimen all over bed, yes all over the house. Had to shop around for washing detergents to wash all the stuff myself, that cost me extra without a refund for washing what the renters was supposed to do.Out of the tiredness the second day, family did not move costing me all the tickets of the numerous places I had tickets already. True is, the place should never be used again. The excuse from the care taker was not worth any sense but as a family I kept calm just to keep my family too calm. After the worse, the care taken said she was going to refund part to me since I did the cleaning with my family, insult 😑 at the highest level. Vrbo should sit-up. This is the second time I have used your services, first in PA and Second in MD. I am done and hope no one experience or booked the place again. I have videos, pictures of all the mess the house was taken. And I have no other option take action from charging 😒 unnecessary amount and putting my family in a junkyard.

Glen Burnie Stay

I have to start my review by thanking Abby for responding quickly to my concerns. You can tell renovations have been done to the home, but more work is definitely needed. Unfortunately I was informed that the previous renter caused major damages to the home, but the home was not ready to be rented again at this time. We had to wait for another cleaner to come clean the home, we waited for a maintenance worker to come attempt to repair the door as the doors and windows of the property would not lock. This is a safety issue. There's only one TV in the home which is odd to me. The trash from the previous renters was piled mountain high in the back yard. This was absolutely disgusting!!! Food still left in the freezer, oven was dirty,dirty pillows, dirty bathroom. There is a switch outside the downstairs bathroom that works the gas fire place. Its in the same face plate as the bathroom light. The average person would think its the exhaust fan for the bathroom. This should be taped off or labeled properly. We spent more time on our vacation worrying about issues that shouldn't be our concern. Abby will definitely need to get work done before she is able to find satisfied renters.
