Houston Condo

We were looking for a place in Houston near our family, friends and Rice University. It was better than we could have hoped for The property is a secure gated building with attached parking- very easy to enter and exit The unit was in excellent shape- clean, well appointed including laundry machines The bedrooms including full bathrooms (2) were clean and beds were very comfortable Sequoia communicated with me frequently and was great. Highly recommend for extended stays with family

What a beautiful and comforting place

The area was very nice and secured—the host was so sweet and made sure we were comfortable the entire time of our stay! I loved the area so much and most definitely enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you for having us and trusting me with your place, I will certainly be back!

Great. Easy to get to NRG Stadium through back roads. Avoided a lot of traffic. Apartment was great and host's was always available.

The kitchen needs some basic condiments. Would be better if they had more towels. Not enough comforter.

Great location and property, not easy to check into

After a long travel day, a non-working garage code and significant difficulty locating the apartment within the complex did not help family morale. After this setback, the property was clean, spacious and just what our family needed. Other than not having immediate assistance when we could not get into the garage or find the unit, the owners were great.
