Located on snowflake lift this studio has it all. Newer queen mattress and additional sofa sleeper. This studio easily sleeps 3. Less than a 5 minute walk to all the hot spots the town has to offer. This building is one of the newer buildings in Breckenridge. Heated covered parking, indoor/outdoor hot tub and steam/sauna with gym onsite and laundry! Host can not guarantee access to any amenity due to unforeseen outage or maintenance being preformed.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: There will be significant construction done on the garage and entry to the building from 5/1/2023-5/19/2023. There will be NO parking in the garage, parking will be located across the street in the Tyra lookout complex. Access to the complex will be designated by signage and will be located next to the snowflake lift. Unit price is reflective of these inconveniences for this time period

Great little place

This one bedroom studio was perfect for my husband, son and I. The snowflake lift was literally out the backdoor which made hitting the slopes super easy!
