A Lot of Potential
The listing said the house was a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The listing also said 4 bedroom 2 bath. I messaged the person to clarify the number of bedrooms. No response. I also messaged about my sons service dog. No response. Upon arrival one bedroom had two twin beds. One of the beds impeded the doorway. The bed had to be moved to open and close the door. We found debris in between cushions on the couch. The night before checkout there was an Amazon delivery at the front door. Lastly, the refrigerator is located next to the driveway entrance. You cannot open the driveway entrance and be at the refrigerator at the same time. The house nicely decorated. Nice size back yard with a lot of shade and fenced in. Quiet neighbors and a nice gas grill to grill. Also the house came equipped with a security system. The house could use a little more silverware. We did not have enough knives for the six of us. The house is close to a-lot of attractions. With a few minor adjustments the house could be one that keeps customers back to stay there.
