The Space:
As with all of our homes, this apartment has been fully renovated by the HOLT team, specifically high-end travelers. Jules Verne’s Imaginarium gives you sea-faring touches around the apartment, to reflect its position looking over the Dâmbovița River. The apartment can host up to 6 comfortably with king-sized mattresses, and a super comfy sofa that converts easily into a sleeper sofa. Air conditioning and heating in every room, countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, and high speed Wifi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

This building has no seismic risk rating, the lowest in the city. Please be aware that most other rentals in Bucharest, especially those in the center of the city, are in buildings with the highest, or “Urgenta 1”, risk rating.

We also have another three bedroom apartment right next to this unit. In the event you are traveling with a larger group and need additional space, please feel free to ask for availability to book both apartments together.

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in Unirii, just across the street from Old Town, a perfect location. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make the Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You have a very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.

Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.

Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
