Don’t waste time
Let me start by saying that the person who took the pictures of this place gets 5 stars. It was easy to get the key but near impossible to unlock the front door (manager forgot to tell us there’s a trick to getting in or which floor the apartment was on). Also near impossible to get a hold of the management team of the property via phone, text, email, etc. Usually took no less than a few hours or more to get a response and that was contacting through all possible methods. V2 development person claimed that they didn’t have reception and the person that would usually respond was sick. We were provided 1 towel per person for a 4 day stay, one towel of which was dirty, and had to beg to get two more. Master bed not made (as is pictured so nicely on website), just a folded sheet thrown on the mattress (no additional blankets provided). Floor in apartment was still dirty. Couch in the living room was like sitting on concrete. Apartment is not near the metro at all. Bathroom…toilet seat not connected to it so you slip and slide every time you sit to go, the shower is moldy and dingy and there’s no way to take a proper shower because you have to hold it the whole time. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration of staying here. Lots of road noise too. V2 definitely does minimum effort to this place to make it comfortable. It’s a shame because it wouldn’t take much to make this place more satisfactory and provide better customer
