The two bedrooms are fully stocked for you and your family with queen beds and an extra air mattress for children. 1 parking is included, with plenty of street parking if needed. We offer a spacious living room and dining room for the family to enjoy the vacation. This location is quiet yet still located perfectly within Kona. You can enjoy Kona in peace.

DISAPPOINTING

Unit was old and in need of renovation, i.e. we were afraid to use the extra shower, carpets were dirty, problems with gnats/bugs, light/fan, wifi and phone. Paul was responsive and pool was nice. However, I ended up staying with relatives the last few days as I did not like the unit.

Great location; great amenities

Spent a week at the condo for both work and play. Close to the action of downtown Kailua-Kona but far enough for some peace and quiet. Kudos to the owner, Paul, for being very responsive and for providing everything you will need for your stay. The welcome gift was a particularly nice touch. Will definitely stay here again.
