Visit to Summerville/Charleston

The property was very nice and clean. It was centrally located and very close to Charleston. One negative was the couches were very uncomfortable and there wasn't a table and chairs or chairs at the bar area.

Very upsetting

We never got to the property. I booked months in advance because it was a major holiday weekend and we have a dog so we knew it would be difficult to find something last minute. So the afternoon on THE DAY BEFORE we were to check in i got an email cancelling our reservation! Needless to say i was frantic and trying to find any kind of place while trying to get my work done so I could even go ! No one can tell me that you aren’t aware that you are having maintenance issues before the day before a reservation, ridiculous!

Worst Experience ever with VRBO

Terrible......Jasmin is not very nice or helpful. Booked the unit and drove from Illinois to find out she canceled our reservation...after sending check in info. Tried calling phone number and it is disconnected. 18 days later and still no refund. Requested refund and I was called rude, still no refund. Do yourself a favor, do not reserve this property......its a scam. Pay a couple dollars more....plus the breezeway to the unit smells like dog poop and was filthy so I guess it was a blessing, I could imagine what the unit looked and smelled like.

The property and neighborhood was Beautiful!! Our host Jasmine was First Class, taking care of all our needs and responding in a timely manner. Definitely will look for her properties whenever in the area.

Great stay

Super modern and convenient apartment. Cozy beds and 2 big bathrooms. Close to airport, downtown, mall. The complex is well maintained with a pool, workout room, and even has a dog park. Good neighbors, never super loud.
