This property is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator. This 1 bedroom condo offers a large living room overlooking the bayou. Enjoy overlooking the water as manatees & dolphins swim by and you are enjoying your morning cup of coffee on the couch. The living room also has a large 50 inch flat screen tv. The bedroom offers a king size bed, a walk in closet and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Whitney Beach is a Beach to Bay complex with serene Bishop's Bayou leads to Sarasota Bay for boating, fishing, kayaking & paddle boarding. On the beachside, there is the Conservancy, land owned by the association for use by owners, guests & tenants. Two tennis courts, a BBQ picnic area, tiki huts & private deeded beach access. Chaise lounges are provided for use on the most beautiful beach on Longboat Key.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
