About this property

This one bedroom condo is located in "The Shores" of Grand Traverse Resort. The condo is less than a 5-minute walk to a gorgeous, private beach on the shores of Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy world class golf, nationally renowned wineries, beautiful scenery and all of the amenities that Traverse City offers. This area offers year around activities for all ages, as well as time to relax in your private condo. The condo has a private balcony with a view of a meandering creek. The balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and living area. The setting is wooded, allowing for lots of shade and privacy! Direct access to the TART trail via the Acme Connector is available, allowing for biking or walking right from the condo! The bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress and the sleeper sofa is also new, queen size, with a 4” memory foam mattress. Host fee that is listed is the cleaning fee and does not go to the host.

Williamsburg stay

It was very clean and updated property. Liked that it was tucked in a wooded area giving you privacy when sitting on deck. Pleasantly surprised that there was a full size refrigerator that wasn't in picture. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stellar owner and Property

The condo and location made this perfect for our vacation start to finish. The furnishings are adorable and comfortable. The new mattress is a dream and we slept well every night. There is a bit of road noise from the main road so we did not keep the windows open at night but otherwise the complex is very quiet. The shower and water pressure was the best we have ever had on vacation and after hours noodling around and hours on the numerous beaches it was a welcome surprise. The location allowed us to be near enough to Traverse City but not be confined to the congestion. We took trips up both peninsula fingers to Christmas Cove, Van’s Beach, Suttons Bay and Old Mission Bay and enjoyed all the little stops on the way. We day tripped to Petosky, & Charlevoix and alsso Harbor Springs for an early morning hot air balloon launch. I cannot thank Terri enough for her generous recommendations and easy and quick responses to questions. We highly recommend eating at Blue Tractor for bbq and Milk & Honey for ice cream. We will be back!!

We love everything about Traverse City! Before purchasing the condo we would visit the area a few times every year. We enjoy the many delicious restaurants in the area. The wineries are also a favorite activity of ours and the scenery as you drive around the bay is unbeatable. The sunsets at the beach are spectacular!
