Meadow View is perfectly located in the Lake Hatcher area with easy access to the very popular Turkey Springs Trail System, Coyote Hill Trails and, of course, Lake Hatcher for unbelievable fishing and kayaking. Why not let us help you try out Ice Fishing too!

This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, Smart TV and also a convenient private door to the rear deck where you can enjoy the hot tub. The 2 other bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed and share the other full bathroom.

The living room is spacious, has a wall hung Smart TV, wood burning stove and open to the spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils, appliances and pantry items to handle your favorite in-home meals.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

Charming house in a great neighborhood!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our trip to Pagosa Springs/Wolf Creek ski area! The house fit our needs with very comfortable beds, kitchen necessities, and we loved the hot tub! Ashley with VIP was an absolute gem! She was so helpful before and during the trip! I highly recommend booking an in-home massage through VIP. If you are lucky enough to get Sarah, you will NOT regret the experience!! While we knew when we booked, just know the house is about 15 mins from downtown Pagosa and about 40 mins from Wolf Creek ski area. The quiet and beautiful neighborhood was worth the drive and we would definitely stay there again and for sure rent a house with VIP Vacation Services!

Hot Springs Family Gathering

This house was cozy, comfortable, and clean. Great space to enjoy a family get together. Nice big table to gather at for meals and games. We also really appreciated the trail system minutes from the house.

Cozy Home

My husband and I had a lovely time in this cozy home. The property location was very serene. The bed was comfortable and our favorite aspect of the home was the hot tub outside on the deck. Everyone was very professional, prompt and communicative with me if ever we needed anything which was rarely if at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was cozy and had almost everything you needed. Loved the layout and the space. We enjoyed lots of wildlife from the back deck. We were thankful that we packed our outdoor chairs in the truck since they we’re not provided on the property. Communication with the property management was always prompt! Overall a great stay!

Summer vacation to the mountains

Great house with plenty of room. Wood stove was nice and plenty of wood. Hot tub is very nice. Outdoor deck but no chairs. Chairs would have been nice for evenings and morning coffee. Gas grill worked great. Kitchen was perfect. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Refrigerator was great. Plenty of linen for bathrooms and hot tub. Beds slept very good. Laundry machines were very nice. Internet worked great as well as TV. Beautiful neighborhood. Lots of mule deer in the immediate area. Had several right in the yard of house during the evenings. Seen a black bear 1/2 mile from the house and also some elk. We would stay again if in the area. Couldn’t have been happier! Pasoga springs is an absolute great place to vacation in the summer months.
