The Space:
Welcome to our exquisite 4-bedroom lakeside retreat nestled within the charming Arrowhead Lake community. This haven of tranquility offers a plethora of amenities to ensure your stay is nothing short of unforgettable.

Ground Floor Bliss
The ground floor serves as the ultimate entertainment hub, boasting a spacious game room equipped with a plush wrap-around couch, air hockey, foosball, and a trendy bar top table. Additionally, you'll discover a cozy bedroom featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed, as well as a bonus room with a full day bed and a twin trundle, accompanied by a convenient full bathroom. For added convenience, laundry facilities are thoughtfully placed within the game area.

1st Floor Elegance
Ascending to the first floor reveals an open-concept living space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, a welcoming living room complete with a fireplace and a smart TV, and a charming dining room. Two of the bedrooms on this floor beckon with king-sized beds and share access to a full bathroom. Step out from the living room onto a deck that offers breathtaking water views, complete with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and a picnic table for al fresco dining. The adjacent screened-in porch is the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee or enjoying a leisurely afternoon.

2nd Floor Serenity

Other Things to Note:
Due to the HOAs rules, we cannot accept any last-minute bookings that are within 4 days of check-in. If you are planning to book it and its last minute do so at least 4 days in advanced. The community requires us to register all guests at least 4 days before check in. You will receive a form once you book that needs to be filled out.

We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.

This house is waterfront, but it's located on a piece of land that borders a canal on the lake wedged between our property and a small island off the coastline of the property. You can see the lake to the left of the property and can swim or kayak straight out to the lake.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor/basement. These rooms are attached and guests staying in the room with the daybed do have to go through the room with bunk beds to access the rest of the house and people wanting to access the bathroom on this floor will have to go through this bedroom. These 2 rooms are great for kids!

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like; paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
