Horrible

I have never left a negative review. But.... We chose this location due to the rogue river, the views, the windows, the fireplace, balcony, BBQ. We got there and all the windows were covered up due to painting the condo. We could not see out. The lady in charge said Vacasa (vrbo) was not supposed to rent this out due to being sprayed with chemical. We were told to stay inside. We have still not received a refund. Absolutely a joke, a large disappointment; this was our 2 day vacation. Don't trust them.

Quiet, clean and restful - A great vacation accommodation!

The location is excellent! The views of the river and ocean are marvelous. The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. The spiral staircase is a nice feature. The condo has everything you need including a washer and dryer. I enjoyed the peaceful visit and amazing view of the 4th of July fireworks.

Just Fine

This place was fine. Not terrible, not impressive - but for the price we were satisfied. And the view is lovely. At the same time, the lack of any sort of care for the place was noticeable, and I wouldn't have wanted a longer stay here. The couch felt like sitting on cardboard with box springs. No bath mats or pot holders. No garbage disposal. The fireplace is featured in pictures but not available for use. And everything is just a little bit broken - protective pane on balcony was off and leaning on the railing, no door stoppers and you could see where the knobs had done damage, dishwasher was broken, kitchen outlet didn't work, key pad didn't work, chipped railings inside. The shower doesn't drain. The toilet paper holder is uninstalled and under the sink instead of attached to the wall. It's really just a lot of little things that aren't a big deal individually, but add up for the overall feeling that no one cares about the quality of this place at all. All that said, it met our needs and I'd stay there again for a weekend as long as the price doesn't go up.

You get what you pay for.

I didn't expect much due to how affordable this place is but it got to a point where it's obvious they need maintenance in this building and not just house keeping. First thing I noticed was TP holder was broken and the tub drain was clogged. Not a big deal but then more things came to my attention. All the plugins had a mind of their own and the TV in the loft did not work. The TV on main level would randomly just turn off. The first night we went to sleep all our bedding was very damp and so were the bath towels so we had to dry everything. I think the worst part was how terribly uncomfortable the couch was. To add to a bit of frustration our key code stopped working on day 2. We called and they got us into the lockbox which had a broken button so that added to the fun. I don't like writing bad reviews but if you want something cheap just go across the bridge and stay at the motel 6.
