Location, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly & AC Home near Boyne & Schuss Mountains, Torch Lake, Charlevoix, Petoskey, golf courses, and 3 minutes to the Beach!
The home sleeps 11 in bedrooms and 13 total with the pull-out couch. It is a perfect home for multi-family gatherings as it has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms and a fenced in backyard for the family & your doggies to enjoy!

Upon entering the home, you walk into the living room with a 65” smart TV and an open concept living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our guests' reviews comment how the fully stocked kitchen is the best they have ever rented. The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms (2 queens + bunk bedroom). The kids bunk bed is a full over full with a twin trundle so the bunk room can sleep 5 kiddos comfortably. The kids bedroom closet is full of toys, puzzles, and games to keep your kiddos entertained while on vacation. There is a renovated 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bathroom apartment attached, a perfect in-law suite so the home has 2 kitchens and 2 living room areas. The apartment is located on the main floor of the home so all can come and go easily between the two spaces.

The driveway has a slight drop down to it so during high snow fall, a low vehicle may have trouble getting out. Snowplow service is provided when snowfall is greater than 4 inches.

What was advertised was just what we got. A great place to stay that included our dog! Our entire family had a great time. We were close to several spots that we wanted to explore.

Family weekend away

The house was very clean, lots of space for large family to gather everyone had great bedroom , kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils the host had very nice variety of coffee backyard great for enjoying outdoor , fenced in good for kids and dogs place to play Avalanche bay Boyne Mountain near buy a plus We had a family with seven adults and four kids a few dogs never felt cramped children and adults enjoyed many games the home has great variety we would definitely book this home again . Home away from home

All you need is your family and friends to stay at this house. Excellent clean house with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. I was impressed with the extra towels and sheets provided for your four legged friends. Our teenage kids loved having their own space in the attached apartment area.
