Walk to Dearborn street bike ride to Manasota Key beaches!
Lovely apartment with nice yard and close to everything! Remodeled 1.5 years ago.
There is so much to do in this area, but my favorite is riding my bike to the beach!

The duplex we were nice, clean. First issue was the bedrooms you had to walk through one to get to the other, little privacy. The second was the shared laundry room with owner on the other side. Twice there was a dog in the shared laundry. Third, the owner woke up around 7am and talked on his phone on speaker on the back porch. Positives, it was very clean, everything looked new. 2 miles to Englewood Beach. If it was just the husband and kids the bedroom thing wouldn’t be a huge issue. Beautiful large windows in the living room area. Two full bathrooms which was nice when coming from the beach. Kitchen was super cute, small but cute. Owner was ok with us being there 2 hours early. He was very nice, the dogs were friendly but unexpected. Dogs were quiet. Loved the huge couch in the living room.

Nicely furnished, short walk to Dearborn st.

This is a very nice place with everything you need. Owners also have supplies for the beach, (even though we didn’t need them). We loved how close it was to Dearborn st and all the activities there. Our only issue was the day bed where our 6’2”, 32yr old son was sleeping didn’t give him any privacy, it would be perfect for smaller kids though. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property is close to everything I wanted. Beach, friends and family, shopping etc. Microwave was not working when I first got here but it was soon discovered that it was unplugged 😂. Very quite neighbor.

Great Girls Long Weekend

Just a short long weekend trip to FL to celibrate my best friends 50th birthday. Stayed here and enjoyed every minute of it. It is close to our favorite beach everything we needed. Lots of choices for places to eat. Check out Dearborn ST for sure. This was the perfect get away spot for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, we were there for a week. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Was very clean. Great communication with property owner, who invited me to go fishing with him, but weather temperature was not comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, this is it, don’t pass it up. We will definitely stay at this property in the future when in the area.
