Breckenridge ski in/ski out condo at Grand Lodge

We are renting our ski in/out suite residence at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge for the week of April 1-April 8. This resort has been a home away from home for our family for the last 10 years. It is located at the base of Peak 7 at the Breckenridge ski resort (right off of the Independence Super Chair Lift) and the Breckenridge Connect Gondola (short ride to Peak 8 for ski school or around and down to Main Street for shopping and restaurants). Our son even took his first steps at Grand Lodge on vacation in July of 2013!

This condo is amazing and the complex offers amenities that rival or beat any condominium complex in town. This unit is a suite so comes with a kitchenette which offers a small refrigerator, microwave, two burner cooktop and sink. It is equipped with dishes and a coffee pot too making it functional for cooking all week long. If you don't want to cook, make a reservation at Sevens Restaurant which is on site or visit one of Breckenridge's wonderful restaurants (we strongly recommend Rootstalk - but make reservations early)!

The unit also has a full bathroom, one bedroom with a king bed and a pull out couch with a queen bed included. Coin laundry is available on site. The unit comes with two large flat screen televisions. The unit also has wireless internet, an ironing board and humidifier. You can comfortably sleep 4 although I know people who have used a blow up air mattress as well or a pack and play for little ones. You can check out a virtual tour of the suite on this link:

That’s not all though! The resort is also amazing with an on-site restaurant, bar, arcade, full service spa, private movie theaters, business center, ski lockers (one included during the week’s stay), adult only grotto (indoor hot tub), fitness center, and, our favorite, heated indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. They have two indoor pools and one indoor hot tub as well as an outdoor heated pool with a slide and at least 4 outdoor hot tubs (one is adult only). The resort also offers on-demand shuttle service into downtown Breckenridge and back and underground heated parking for one vehicle during your stay. They also offer a variety of on-site family friendly activities like family photos, bingo, build-a-bear, sledding, etc. and can help you arrange for off-site activities too.

Check in is at 4pm on Saturday April 1 and check out is at 10am on Saturday April 8. You will not be required to do any timeshare or ownership tour during your stay! We prefer to rent for the entire week but will consider splitting it up into two sections (3/4 nights). If we split it, the cleaning fee will be evenly split.
