This incredible 5 kilometer long beach, one of the best "secret" surfing beaches in Mexico, is located 20 minutes north of Zihuatanejo. The town of Troncones is home to only 600 people making this one of the best beaches in Mexico, not too crowded, but perfect to come, relax, enjoy and surf.

Troncones is a very special place because there is no traffic, we recommend you to go by bicycle to enjoy the area and also take care of the environment.

Awesome

Three of us stayed at Playa Majahua 5 nights while traveling in the area for vacation and surfing. This property has the most awesome view imaginable where we could enjoy bird watching, whale watching, and relaxation in the beautifully furnished and perfectly appointed villa. The grounds provide a lovely pool and lap pool, a gym, paddle court, and a sweet restaurant next door. We've done considerable traveling and this ranks as one of the most extraordinary. The staff also was very responsive and accommodating. .
