With an incredible view of the mountain, barn structure and lake, Lot 153 is a beautifully landscaped space (back-in lot) inside Apple Valley Farm in the heart of Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure. Apple Valley Farm is a 15-acre luxury motor coach resort with 46 spaces for Class A motor coaches. Inside Apple Valley Farm is a beautiful lake with two waterfalls and a waterwheel. Guests have access to all the nearby  amenities including golf (2 excellent courses), spa, dining, swimming, tennis, and a private beach on Lake Lure. Rented golf carts can not be taken to this Lot.

The Spa and Salon at Rumbling Bald offers a complete menu of treatments that range from salon services, skin, and nail care, to soothing massages.  The gift shop features locally made gifts including apparel, beauty products, and organic soaps and lotions. The fitness center has state-of-the-art equipment and weekly fitness classes. All year long you can take advantage of the upgraded indoor pool area featuring a large, heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, and steam room.

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
