Beach Bungalow 30A is a stunning home nestled in an idyllic neighborhood in 30A, FL. This three-bed three-bath home can sleep up to eight guests comfortably. You are sure to enjoy the open floor plan, modern décor, and various upgrades throughout the home.

You will find a bright kitchen area, fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances you will need for crafting homemade meals for your family and friends. A separate dining area offers tons of natural light and a serene space to enjoy the company of loved ones. The main living area is host to a large sectional and smart TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite binge-worthy shows!

You and your guests will have access to all of the comforts of home and more. Each bedroom offers a relaxing place to unwind after a sun-soaked day in the sand, and a smart TV. You will have access to a washer and dryer and free Wifi throughout your trip. If you want to lay low, take a quick walk to the community pool. Four adult-sized bikes also come with the home, to make the trek to the beach that much easier. Best Girls Teip

I was prepared to give a not so good review but turned out to be the best girls trip in the end. The golf cart we rented was not up to expectations but the management rectified the issue and even gave us a dozen roses. We were there on Mother’s Day. The house was beautiful, clean and a great location. We would stay again if in the area.

WHERE IS THE BEACH?

The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The neighborhood is also very lovely. The house has plenty of room and I especially loved the room off of the garage. The golf cart and bicycles were great as well. My problem is that it is not close enough to the beach or pool. Yes it is near the beach, but it is a 15-20 min walk to the beach. We tried to take the golf cart to the beach a couple of times but there is very limited parking. There are police officers just waiting to give you a ticket if you try to park somewhere that is not allowed. In addition once we made it to the beach you are not allowed to sit in certain areas. We had to move all our stuff several times because there are areas blocked off for other condos it was confusing and a hassle. We went in July and it was packed, of course it was peak season but we could barely find a place to sit on the beach. The pool was nice but again not close enough to the house, its over on another street too far to carry all your stuff in the heat. The house is GREAT the location is not good for my family, we would not stay here again.

A+ spot for vacation

Had a terrific week with the fam in Blue Mountain Beach. Neighborhood and house were fantastic. Golf cart is a must if you have small kids. The walk to the beach isn't too far but after a few hours there, the last thing you'll want to do is haul everything back. Here is my biggest suggestion for future renters. Bring some non-stick pots/pans or buy some cheap ones while there. You'll thank me after trying to scrape eggs and pretty much anything else out of the pans provided. Likewise, a decent knife and a baking dish wouldn't be a bad idea. Otherwise, everything else was on point and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
