Other things to note
The house is situated directly on a dead end of a county road, which is plowed in the winter. There is no driveway and you may see an occasional car drive by out of the living room window. Our property is about one acre with plenty of space for lawn games and exploration. Dogs must be leashed when exploring the surrounding area and yard (there is no fence). We don't have a hot tub.
