This spacious 3 bedroom/4 bathroom residence is located within Vail Village's new Altus building. The kitchen is a chef's dream with a six burner gas range and large island with 5 bar stools. All 3 of the bedrooms are ensuite, 2 with king beds and the third bedroom has a captain's bunk. Your assigned parking spot is located in the underground garage. A semi-private elevator will deliver you and your guests to the front door of the residence. Whether you're skiing/snowboarding in the winter or hiking/biking in the summer season, everything that Vail has to offer, is steps from your front door.

Family ski weekend

What a fantastic condo! Our college students met us here for a ski weekend and not did not disappoint. The place is absolutely immaculate and so very thoughtfully planned out for a comfortable stay- kitchen utensils new and generous, bedding great, check-in easy and BEST of all property manager so responsive! Hot tub just warm first night? Fixed for second night. We will be back. Thank you Tere.

Amazing Condo!

This is a wonderful property just steps away from everything you need in Vail Village. Comfortably slept 6. Bedding was so comfy, lots of space to hang in the kitchen and main area, beautiful updated bathrooms. Beautiful natural light fills the entire condo. Check in and out was very easy. We rented ski gear from Troy’s (who are awesome!) and just walked there to get skis and boots each morning. A really wonderful vacation. Thank you!

The space is large and comfortable with great sleeping and family areas to spread out. We enjoyed that the condo is so close to ski lifts, restaurants and shops. A perfect stay.

Great location and the layout of the unit was perfect. The view of the mountains was incredible and was easy to get to all of the restaurants, shops and ski lifts.
